Summary

The low-velocity scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) makes element analysis at a high partial resolution of several tens of nm possible.
We evaluated the distribution of toner particles. For particles 100nm or below in size as well, the identification of silica/carbon black, etc. is possible by high-resolution element analysis.
